Poopling is made by Bonistudio ("we"). This policy explains what the app stores, where, and how you control it. Short version: your logs live on your phone, your friends see only a small game profile, we never sell data and there are no ads.
What stays on your device
Every poop you log (date and time), your garden progress, decorations, reminders and settings are stored on your iPhone. The home-screen widget reads the same on-device data.
What goes to our cloud (only if you use Friends)
To let friends see each other, Poopling uses Google Firebase. We store: an anonymous account ID; the name you choose; your 6-character friend code; your tree level, stage and health; your current streak; how many times you logged today and the dates (not times) of your last 60 logged days; whether you have Poopling Plus; your friend list and block list; and short in-app messages friends send you (poke, fertilizer, rainbow, cheer), which are deleted once delivered. If you choose "Save your garden", we also store the identifier from Sign in with Apple or Google. Only people in your friend circle can read your game profile.
Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics to count anonymous events (for example "friend added" or "paywall viewed") so we can improve the app. We do not use the advertising identifier and do not track you across other apps or websites.
Purchases
Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.
Health
Poopling is a game and habit tracker, not a medical service. It does not read or write Apple Health data.
Your choices
You can remove a friend, block or report anyone at any time. Settings → Delete account permanently deletes your cloud profile, friends and messages; Settings → Erase all data clears your phone. You can also email us to request deletion.
Children
Poopling is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
